Nature

The one that nurtures
Each living being is the nature;
The Sun rising from the east,
Gives us light and heat;
The moon, the earth's satellite,
Shines throughout the night;
The earth, where humans reside
Is the living planet God ever made;
From the mountains to sand,
From the oceans to pond,
From the drizzle to rain,
From the breeze to cyclone,
From the fog to dew,
The rainbow's lovely hue,
From trees, herbs and thickets,
From buds, flowers and fruits,
Everything is a wonder
That we all ought to adore;
Each and every living organism
Combine to form the ecosystem;
From humans to single cell creature,
We all inevitably depend on the nature.

Fire And Ice

My heart has turned into ice and fire;
It burns with intense fervor,
And it is freezing cold as well;
Hence, it has become dual.

My heart blazes ardently
With utter passion to consummate me;
On the other hand it is as cold as ice,
For you did not keep your promises.

A Message To My Beau

To my Beau,
A message to you :
Each day doesn't pass
Without your memories.

I am sleepless,
And restless,
With no companion
To hear my mourn.

We may be apart,
But my whole heart
Replays our memories
As lovely reveries.

Want

A soul
That consoles,
A shoulder
That bears,
A hand
That holds,
And arms
That caress,
Are all I want
Until I exist.

Time

Time -
It changes,
It judges,
It teaches,
It preaches,
It agonizes,
It harmonizes,
It strengthens,
It ruins;
Of all,
We enroll
Ourselves in full -
To learn survival.

Eros

On a moon lit night,
He held my hands tight
And walked me to his flat,
That was filled with jasmine scent.

He intoxicated me with his smile;
I drowned in him for a while,
As he ran on my face his finger
And nuzzled behind my ear.

He grasped my hand and did say,
"This is our most special day."
Both our hearts beat faster,
As he came closer.

He lifted up my chin,
And kissed me with passion;
I will never forget the day for ages,
For that was when we consummated our marriage.

Journey

My journey so far has been so hard;
It began with walking through pleasant grassland,
Then through the Scorching desert
Where I desired the mirage, athirst;
I swam through the fierce oceans
And was beaten by the tides,
Now I am standing at the edge of the Hades
Where the burning fire wants me dead;
All the way through this journey
I have lost myself, my reality;
Now standing at the mouth of abyss,
Should I fall to rest in peace?
Or should I continue my voyage
To find myself peace and sage?

Earthly Angel

When the sun falls down,
And the sky is kissed by the moon,
I lay awake on my bed,
Dreaming of my beloved.

She is as fragrant as rose,
Her hair is jet black falls,
Her eyes resemble fish,
Her voice is as sweet as thrush.

If pondering of her could give me shivers,
How would it be to lie beside her?
She is an earthly angel,
My beloved, dearest girl!

Perfectly Imperfect

Perfectly imperfect I am,
Flawed in my very nature -
Emotionally swinging from
Intense nourishment and nurture
To arrogance at times,
As tides in the ocean water
Ebbing and flowing as rhythm;
I am an oxymoron all the more
With all sort of mannerism,
And medley of various behaviors
Bound together in a human form -
In a perfectly imperfect creature.

Memory

I am filled with thoughts of you;
As a sword stabs a narrow,
It hurts me so,
Pervading me with woe;
Lo, I am all alone now,
Forsaken by my love;
Your memories spread through
My flesh and blood with rue.

I never did presume you would leave;
Yield the moments we did weave,
Take some and give me some;
I shall go and never come;
Let us cherish the good moments,
And not regret the bad instance;
Just let the memories stay,
Even when we are far away.

Morning Walk

I walked through my lawn in the morning,
The sky blushed pink with the sun rising,
The gentle cold wind ruffled my hair
With the fragrance of blossoms in the air,
The mist over the grasses began fading,
The birds in the nearby pond were wading,
The song of a little thrush soothed my ears,
The aroma of fresh brew smelt so tender,
For once I forgot that I was at my lawn,
And felt like I was residing in the haven.

Money Makes Many Things?

It does not matter how rich you are, honey
There are certain things which you cannot buy with money,
True love that stays with you in your vicissitudes,
Children who always rever and obey your words,
Family that respects and honors you,
Companions who are always true,
Good night's sleep and good health,
These are some things you cannot acquire by wealth.

Unspoken Love

The bitter past that had been killing him everyday
Eventually petered out when he saw her the first day;
She was different unlike other girls, she loved books,
And she never gave any importance to how she looks;
She was so quiet, yet her silence was loud,
He admired that quality how her silence spoke without a word;
When he looked into her eyes, he forgot himself totally,
And she felt the same, and drowned in his look crazily;
There was no conversation between them,
Yet their eyes spoke intensely with vim;
One day he mustered up his courage to propose her,
She waited for him at the same place where they saw each other;
He went on his knees and held out the bouquet of roses,
She turned aside and neglected his proposal with tears;
She had her wedding invitation card in her hand,
Which she trembled to give and lowered her head;
They parted their ways which was ought to be one,
Their unspoken love remained forever unspoken.
